DHANRAJ WADHWANI
After the visionary foundation laid by the Late Shri Nandlal Wadhwani, the mantle of responsibility was carried forward by Dhanraj Wadhwani. With his sharp business acumen and dedication, he expanded the store’s reach, modernised its operations, and ensured that the values of trust and customer-first service remained at the core.
Under his leadership, Nandlal Stores grew from a family-run shop into a well-recognized name in the community, blending tradition with progress. His commitment to quality and personal relationships strengthened the store’s reputation and set the stage for the next generation to build upon.
MUKESH WADHWANI - MANAGING DIRECTOR
As the third-generation leader of Nandlal Stores, Mukesh Wadhwani has carried forward the family legacy with a modern outlook and entrepreneurial drive. An MBA graduate from IMS, he combines academic insight with practical business experience to lead the company with vision and strategy.
In his role as Managing Director, Mukesh focuses on long-term growth, expansion, and innovation that ensure that the business adapts to changing times while staying rooted in the values set by his father and grandfather. His leadership continues to strengthen Nandlal Stores as a brand that honours tradition while embracing the future.
NEELAM WADHWANI - CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
As CEO of Nandlal Stores, Neelam Wadhwani plays a vital role in driving operations and leading the business on a day-to-day basis. A Postgraduate in Medical Laboratory Science and DAVV topper, she brings academic excellence, discipline, and precision into the company — qualities that have helped streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
With her keen eye for detail and commitment to customer satisfaction, Neelam has strengthened supplier relationships and built systems that keep the family’s values of trust, quality, and service at the core. Her leadership ensures that Nandlal Stores continues to grow sustainably while staying deeply connected to its legacy.
PRAKHAR WADHWANI - DIRECTOR OF STRATEGY AND GROWTH
Representing the fourth generation of the family business, Prakhar Wadhwani brings a fresh perspective and forward-looking vision to Nandlal Stores. A BBA (Hons) graduate from Christ University, Bannerghatta Road Campus, Bangalore, he combines academic learning with entrepreneurial drive to shape the store’s modern growth path.
As Director of Strategy & Growth, Prakhar focuses on expanding into new segments, strengthening the digital presence, and building ventures such as uniforms and innovative retail solutions. While deeply inspired by the values of trust and service established by his great-grandfather, he is equally passionate about adapting the brand for the future.
Through a blend of storytelling, content creation, and strategic planning, he aims to position Nandlal Stores as a modern, growth-driven enterprise for the coming decades.
